Before select NC State LIVE performances join us in NC State’s 1887 Bistro for an elegant three-course prix fixe meal. This pre-show dinner is $38.95 per person and includes two glasses of wine or beer. It’s the perfect beginning to a night out. And you don’t have to park twice!

1887 Bistro is located in Talley Student Union (2610 Cates Avenue), steps away from Stewart Theatre. Doors open at 5:30pm. Gratuity not included.

Reservations required. Reserve when you purchase your tickets online or at Ticket Central.

Guests will receive a Chef-created salad accompanied with a bread basket of assorted rolls, breads and seasoned bread sticks with whipped butter.

ENTRÉE CHOICES
~Braised Pork – Braised Pork shoulder with mushroom, carrots and onions in a sour cream pork sauce
~Chicken Kiev – Chicken breast stuffed with fresh herb butter breaded and sautéed
~Vegan Banosh – Ukrainian Corn Grits served with vegan Brynza cheese, sautéed porcini mushrooms and onions

DESSERT
The Chef will offer two (2) delectable desserts for the guests to select from.

DRINKS
1887 will offer a selection of beer, white wine and red wine. Two (2) drinks are included with the meal. Water, tea, soda, and coffee are also available.
