How much do tickets cost?

All tickets are $10.73 for students, teachers, and chaperones. This price includes the Raleigh sales tax, 7.25%. NOTE: For every 20 tickets ordered, you will receive 1 at no charge (e.g., if you order 200 tickets, 10 of those tickets will be free).

For the registration form, do I need to know the exact number of tickets I want to register?

Please try to make your best educated guess for total number of tickets and be sure to include additional teachers, companions and chaperones in your total number. We understand that this number may change slightly, which is why your payment is not due until closer to the date of the performance.

After I register, when can I expect to hear back from NC State LIVE?

For 2026/27 we are confirming groups on a rolling basis. Expect a confirmation from our team within 5 business days from when you register.

Do we need to pre-pay for tickets?

No, you do not need to pre-pay for tickets. You will be sent an invoice for your tickets a approximately one month in advance of the performance. Payment is due in full by the date of the performance. Please let us know if this is an issue for your school. At this time we can only except checks for payment.

Are there additional kid-friendly spots to eat near the theatre?

Yes! Pullen Park is a two-minute drive from NC State, they have bus parking and picnic areas.  More information is located on their website.

What is the best way to get to the theatre?

Stewart Theatre is located INSIDE Talley Student Union on the third floor.  The address is 2610 Cates Ave. Raleigh, NC 27606.
